Elementary/Middle School | French teacher
ASA is looking for a dynamic, motivated French A (native French) teacher for our Elementary classes, with the possibility of Middle School as well. Must be collaborative, inclusive and believe in student agency. Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program, and an understanding of inquiry based learning, would be an advantage. The ability to build strong relationships across the community is vital.
Please note that while this position has some elements of language acquisition, we are really looking for a French literacy expert. May suit an experienced French Elementary School teacher, depending on your background.
Must have a Bachelor degree, teaching qualification/certification and at least two years’ experience. Fluency in both French and English is required.

Elementary School | Visual Art teacher
ASA is seeking a creative, innovative Visual Art teacher for a part time position in the lower Elementary School. Must be enthusiastic, inclusive and a great team player. Also able to promote art and creativity both in and outside the classroom. International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program experience, and an understanding of inquiry based learning, would be an advantage. Must be a qualified teacher and have at least two years’ experience. Fluency in both French and English is required.
