It has been a joy to welcome our students back to school for the first week of the new year. The energy and enthusiasm that have filled our classrooms and communal areas as students rekindled old friendships and got to know new community members have been invigorating and special.
Our dedicated teachers have been hard at work preparing engaging lessons and creating a welcoming environment for all. Their passion for teaching and commitment to our students’ success have been evident in every interaction. It has been wonderful to witness the students diving into their studies with curiosity and enthusiasm.
This year, we’ve introduced some changes to our technology policy aimed at fostering a more focused and interactive learning environment. Phones are not permitted during the school day at ASA. Gaming devices for all students, and personal computers or tablets for elementary students, should also be left at home.
We are thrilled to see how positively our students have responded to these changes. The benefits are already apparent: increased social interaction is visible around the school, and classrooms are free from the distractions that personal devices can bring.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in making these positive changes possible. We look forward to a fantastic year filled with learning, growth, and memorable experiences!
