ASA is now officially authorized to offer the IB Diploma Programme (DP), beginning the 2018-19 school year! This authorization is a significant milestone for the school, which has offered the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) since 2013.
The International Baccalaureate Organization has conducted a range of studies that indicate significant benefits to students who take the DP. Research indicates that DP graduates complete college faster than their peers, feel more prepared for college-level coursework which involves research, and are better able to manage their time and cope with demanding workloads.
