The ASA Strategic Plan was adopted in June 2022 following a consultative process of community stakeholder groups. The process was facilitated by a task force of board members, school leadership, teachers and students. This plan is intended for 3 academic years, but it is also aspirational, setting the stage for the future of ASA.
The process highlighted the development of 5 strategic areas. These are connected and an important part of how we bring to reality our aspirational thinking. The strategic areas include: Impactful Global Citizens, Exceptional International Education Programme, Mission-Driven Sustainable Growth, Balance and Well-being, and Student-Centered Community Engagement.
