As the first English-speaking international school in Madagascar, ASA is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year!
ASA currently has around a hundred employees, including about 45 foreign and local teachers , 15 administrative and technical staff, and 40 custodians. To mark the opening of our year long celebration, we paid tribute to 33 long-standing employees who contributed between 10 and 30 years of service to the school.
In total, 65 medals were awarded to these deserving staff members (teachers, administrative staff, and custodians) for the years they have spent and the smiles they have shared at the ASA. 11 of them received the diploma and medal of “Knight of the National Order”. They all have helped make ASA a safe and welcoming place to learn and live.
